Job Title Head, Strategy & Digital Reports To Chief Operating Officer MAB Engineering Services Role Purpose

• To establish, provide leadership, management, and maintain an organisational structure within the Strategy & Digital Division with competent staff and organise the delegation of responsibility for the management of the resources.
• To develop short- and medium-term strategies to implement the departmental plan for organization's growth and continued profitability.
• To implement short- and medium-term strategy & digital function within the department at optimum utilization of resources and in compliance to the relevant Aviation Authorities.
• In his/her absence, his/her duties will be assumed by Manager, Business Process Competency Centre.

• To institute a suitable organizational structure and maintain an effective and economical administrative system in the Strategy & Digital Division.
• To develop and implement an effective system for Strategy & Digital Division, performance measurement and cost control.
• To ensure that Strategy & Digital personnel are in possession of required skills and appropriate training, up to date with the current procedures and requirements to effectively accomplish their functions.
• To induce a positive attitude in Strategy & Digital personnel on the needs of customer's requirements and industrial safety regulation adherence to procedures and practices for the protection of their own as well as Organization's interest.
• To establish and to provide basis for manpower / facility planning, performance evaluation and productivity improvement initiatives.
• To promote and cultivate a working culture in the Strategy & Digital Division which is striving and conducive for excellence in terms of quality, productivity, safety, cleanliness, teamwork and workmanship.
• To lead continuous improvement strategies to optimize business performance and support the achievement of highest regulatory assessments.
• To lead the preparation and monitor yearly budget required which will enable the department to best manage its operations and contribute to the maximization of its objectives and goals.
• To carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with 10 years' experience.
• Exceptional knowledge in Aircraft Engineering Maintenance, system and processes, particularly Planning.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, which able to lead with exceptional leadership quality and analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Project Management and critical path method / analysis. Able to provide acceptable guidance in a recovery plan when aircraft check downtime deviates its original target date.
• Excellent knowledge on Maintenance System used in day-to-day operation like AMOS is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding and skills with project management / office tools (Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Words / Project).
