Location: Kuje, Abuja Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Adire production team and ensure high-quality output.
- Implement quality control measures for consistency.
- Oversee dyeing, printing, and finishing processes.
- Train and mentor production staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient workflow.
- Keep records for each department and ensure they are updated for reporting to the MD.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control and production standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve production efficiency
