Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain high service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work according to a structured shift schedule, including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent in German (B2 – C1 level)
- Must have successfully completed secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Comfortable working on-site
- Willingness to work in a 7-day shift rotation (8 AM – 8 PM)
