We are looking to expand our team by hiring a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to manage relationships with key accounts in the F&B industry. Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term business success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions and meet client expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, prompt problem-solving, and personalized service.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of new initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure clients' goals are being achieved.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- 0-2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Relationship Management, or Sales within the F&B service sector.
- Relevant experience with platforms like Zomato or Swiggy , either as a current or former employee.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize effectively.
