Job Description: D365 Functional Consultant F&O Production (Senior) Experience: 6-7 Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant - F&O (Finance and Operations) with expertise in Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) solutions for manufacturing and production processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and provide tailored solutions to improve production efficiency, streamline operations, and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for production and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and configure D365 F&O modules related to production, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Define production order flows, Bill of Materials (BOM), and route management.
- Implement and optimize master planning, scheduling, and shop floor controls.
- Process Optimization:
- Provide best practices for production planning, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the current production workflows.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with technical teams to develop customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure smooth implementation.
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Testing and Documentation:
- Develop and execute test cases for system validation and UAT.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration records.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other functional consultants to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 6-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with a strong focus on D365 F&O Production and Manufacturing modules.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
- Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O Production, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
- Understanding of production order management, master planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and shop floor operations.
- Familiarity with Power BI and other Microsoft tools for reporting and analytics.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Functional Consultant Associate.
- Other relevant certifications in D365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and production industries.
