Performance Marketing - Senior Executive

We, at Brego Business, are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Executive. Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Converting client ad spending into direct revenue by managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp) and E-Commerce marketplaces
• Strategizing and overseeing performance growth, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals.
• Managing daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to meet and increase ROAS.
• Planning and optimizing landing page tests and continuously implementing A/B testing for PPC ads.
• Building budget recommendations and media plans to drive client success.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to discover data-driven ways to optimize campaign performance.
• Reporting key performance indicators and lead generation insights during client reporting calls.
• Ensuring a test-and-learn approach in all campaign activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year in a performance marketing role at a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience working with B2B, B2C, and D2C clients across industries such as retail, fashion, and real estate .
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads , Google Ads , and Shopify Ads . Running sales campaigns is essential.
• Fair communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

• Evolve into a complete end-to-end campaign management role.
• Support the Paid Media HOD in strategy, execution, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to excellence in paid media through QC, hygiene, and adherence to best practices.
