Job Summary: As an intern, you’ll be responsible for document management, compliance oversight, and effective communication. Your tasks include coordinating document submissions with sales teams, tracking compliance requirements (such as passport validity and power of attorney updates), sending reminders to consultants and candidates, conducting NMC pin checks, creating ID badges, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks. This internship provides valuable experience in organizational processes and candidate engagement Responsibilities:

  • Sending documents to sales- as per the requests come in.
  • Checklist (occasionally as per business requirements)
  • Applying FTW in advance- 2 to 3 days before the expiry
  • Chasing missing compliance documents i.e., expired UK passport, old POA (updating recent), and Application form.
  • Sending emails to consultants due to lapse a day prior.
  • Taking updates from sales for non-responding candidates.
  • Chasing candidates on calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • NMC pin checks
  • Creating ID badges
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.
