Job Requirement (KRA):
- HR digitization & HR analytics
- Data-driven decisions making and data integrity
- Digitisation of people processes using tech solutions
- HR KPI portal and unit HR scorecard
- Special Projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, including predictive analytics and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of HR technologies such as HRIS (SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- Experience with business analytics.
