Job Purpose: We seek a Chief Commercial Officer to lead our client’s growth and drive their market expansion. As a key executive team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing their commercial strategy, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. What it takes to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in senior commercial, sales, or business development roles within the fintech, banking, or payments industry.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Strong understanding of the South African and African fintech landscape, including key players and regulatory requirements.
- A track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious targets.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
- Exposure to international markets and cross-border payment solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
