Job no: 523831 Brand: Finance, Procurement, Legal, Privacy Work type: Full time Location: Singapore Categories: Finance & Strategy About the Opportunity As FCM business grows rapidly in Asia and globally, this new opportunity is for a finance business partner to ensure new customers are onboarded correctly, and at-risk customers receive appropriate hypercare support. The role involves proactively solving customer problems to drive ongoing customer retention and revenue growth through finance support such as resolving invoicing/reconciliation issues and reporting. Hypercare for at-risk and onboarding clients, ensuring the statements of accounts are reconciled and addressing client problems to ensure retention. Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making and assist in budgeting and forecasting of key accounts. Take responsibility for key account escalation management related to finance, facilitating cross-department problem solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Engage with business leaders to evaluate performance, assess strategy, value creation, and drive initiatives for financial and operational excellence. Prepare and distribute management reports showing actual costs vs budget and variance analysis. Analyze and act on financial information to initiate corrective actions to meet objectives. Experience in financial accounting, planning, and reporting, as well as follow-up on business performance. Bachelor of Accountancy/Statistics/Business/Finance, with a minimum of two years professional accounting experience. Chartered Accountants or equivalents will be a bonus. Experience working in a client-facing capacity, preferably in an international environment and/or a big four accounting firm. Highly proficient in MS Office applications. Able to work to tight deadlines with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
