JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% compliance with Qatar Labor Law in HR practices and policies.
  • Oversee recruitment: sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top security professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies per Qatar regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead performance management: set KPIs, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans.
  • Maintain a Skills Matrix for candidate evaluation and employee development.
  • Manage visa processing, health cards, sponsorship changes, QID renewals, commercial registrations, trade license renewals, and other company documentation.
  • Enforce HR policies consistently to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Resolve conflicts, engage employees, and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Identify training needs and develop professional growth programs.
  • Utilize HRIS for process streamlining and accurate record maintenance.
  • Manage security clearance processes for employees.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience in Qatar, specializing in Qatar Labor Law and HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Expertise in government processes: Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Public Health, Medical Commission, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  • Proficient in handling QID applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Strong recruitment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
