Jr.Estimation Engineer

Duration: 6 months contract Job Purpose:

1. Responsible for preparation of cost estimation, proposal & contract agreement.
2. Expert in preparing costs estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins. Managing deviance from the actual and targets set during the periodic P&L review meetings.
3. Establishing a proposal library of all bid related forms, formats and customer communications. Create and update all sales related MIS.
4. Site visit to capture all technical scope/commercial inputs from site.

• Always ensure sufficient stationery
• All information is correctly filed as per quality standards
• Customer feedback on our submissions

• Manage and update all sales related MIS
• Proactively manage the renewal of all existing contracts
• Accurate and timely creation of Bid Win Rate, Pipeline and Forecasting Dashboards
• 95% contract renewal conversion

• Clear communications with all customers
• Liaise internally with all departments especially HR, finance, operations and commercial
• Clear and concise clarifications are submitted
• Provide all necessary documentation during prequalification stages
• Full compliance with bid process

• Execution of AMC, Casual jobs efficiently within the budget and ensure profitability of the same
• Generate revenue from refurbishment / retrofit works

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• CEP (Certified Estimating Professional Certification)
• 5-8 Year previous experience of cost estimation with leading FM Companies
• Computer skills
• QATAR Driving License
• High level of expertise on Word, Excel, PowerPoint
