BVC Support is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. We hope to provide best training opportunity and great career outlook for the successful applicant.
We are seeking Community Registered Nurses who bring with them both a positive attitude and strong work ethic as well as showing flexibility and reliability. You will be required to work autonomously, as well as part of a small team. Additional training in Sydney will be sponsored for the right candidate.
You will assist to provide care manage plans to client and perform a range of clinical nursing duties including working with complex clients to manage medication, bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, urinary catheters, ventilation, subcutaneous injections, incontinence, Diabetes, seizures, wound management, etc.

Main Tasks:
Provide Direct Nursing support services to NDIS, TAC, Worksafe and Age Care participant
Assist in the delivery of person-centred service according to the objectives of each participants plan and personal goals.
Ongoing shifts or casual depending on the requirement of the task the client need.
Experience working as a Registered Nurse across different areas including wound care specialist and continence assessment nurse etc.
A passion to support people living with a disability.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills.
Experience with continence assessments, wound care and Insertion of IDC.
Eligibility Criteria:
Current Police check (or willing to obtain)
Experience working with disabilities and mental, clinical knowledge and experience
Must be willing to provide or obtain a NDIS worker screening check
A relevant qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support will be an added advantage
Employment Working with Children’s Check, or willing to obtain one
Have a current, or willing be to obtain a First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate
Two relevant, professional and industry related reference checks
Essential criteria:
Willing to commit to working short shifts
Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts
Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Excellent communication skills
Current vehicle and Valid VIC driver license
