Executive Sous Chef - Events Kitchen (Local Only), Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Location: Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, MY - 10 - Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: Full-time Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest, and owner expectations. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the function of Events Kitchen and to ensure that the kitchen operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and profitably.

Qualifications

  1. Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production.
  2. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine in a larger operation.
  3. Good practical, operational, and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
  4. Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
