SAP PMO

The AC SAP PMO (Project Management Office) members are responsible to support the delivery of SAP Transformation projects end-to-end or during phases they are engaged in. The PMO supports range from setting up projects, adhering to compliance guidelines in engagement set-up and defining project execution methodology, driving/supporting delivery, creating a framework for project workplan management, status reporting, deliverable tracking and on-time completion, Managing Risk, Actions, Issue and Decisions through the project life cycle PMO practices should bring in efficiency to enhance project execution, meeting firm’s Quality Assurance standards, On-time completion within budget. Experience: 5-9 years Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgoan/Chennai Must Have • SAP application: Awareness • Software Development Life Cycle – Good understanding • IT Project Management – Good understanding • Knowledge on SAP Implementation of large-scale projects (Global projects preferred) Strong PMO skills to execute / manage activities from offshore that includes/support project initiation, cost management, communication, preparing status, quality management/ monitoring, resource management, risk management, etc. • IT Service Management awareness Preferred Skills • Project Management or PMO experience is a must • Experience in PM tool such as SAP Solution Management, MS Project Plan, JIRA, etc. • Must have experience in Agile methodology • Good working knowledge in MS Office suite, SharePoint, Google Suite • Advanced skills in MS Excel • PMP/ CSP / Agile Certifications are an advantage Soft skills: • Excellent communication skills - Advanced English: Verbal and written • Excellent interpersonal relation skills • Self-organizing - Strong time-management skills • Detail/quality-oriented and analytical experience • Ability to work independently and with other team members • Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities. • Ability to train and mentor freshers and junior resources
