Role and Responsibilities:
- Shall be the Program Head of the Academies responsible for the efficient operation of the Academies in line with the objectives and guidelines from Tech Mahindra Foundation.
- Operate as an entrepreneur and work in the growth of the portfolio.
- Designing, develop and implement strategies for the foundation in the field of skilling.
- Shall be contributing for producing / improving various Policies and Standard Operating
- Responsible for critical areas like Mobilization, Internship and Placement.
- Responsible for obtaining Accreditations and memberships of various bodies and renewal
- Building relationships with NGOs, Associations, corporate bodies, government departments
- Shall be responsible for developing a network of employers.
- Shall constantly monitor and update the quality of training from time to time as required by the Regulatory body/standards set by the Management Committee.
- Shall take up any other administrative task as assigned by the Management.
- Liaison with industry partners for training and placements of the trainees.
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities to drive admissions.
- Should have a clear understanding of all the processes like HR & Admin as the all-other
- processes governing a large training institute from Registration to Assessment along with
- handholding and importance of an Alumni Association.
- Should have a reasonable understanding of commercial functions e.g., budgeting,
- purchase, finance etc.
- Should have a fair geographical know-how PAN India and skill development requirements
- would be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing vocational training projects in logistics.
- Should have good communication and reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- Should have good Team management and organization skills.
- Should have a strategic bent of mind.
- Willingness to learn with a flexible approach.
