Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented SCADA/Instrumentation Design Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will perform conventional and moderately-complex engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparation of SCADA System Architecture.
  • Preparation of the P&ID, block diagram, loop diagram, instrumentation list, cable list, cable routing and hook-up drawings.
  • Preparation of engineering reports (Design Basis, Conceptual, Design Development, and Detailed Design) including calculations, specifications, and BOQ.
  • Preparation of Instrumentation Layout, Instrument I/O List, Instrument Cable Schedules, SCADA SLD, Standard Details.
  • Knowledge of local (CST, Aramco) and international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI).
  • Software skill in AutoCAD.
  • Preferred to have good knowledge about smart systems and communication protocols.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2-10 years’ experience in a similar role working on infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient experience in SCADA, Instrumentation, Control and Automation engineering in utilities projects involving design and construction of utilities SCADA, Instrumentation, Control and Automation systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
