Position Overview Based at BanoPuratos in Dammam KSA, we are currently seeking a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Factory operations team to ensure supply continuity as per market requirements. The Production Supervisor leads the whole production process by coaching their team and by implementing Continuous Improvement Programs. They define, realize, and improve the objectives related to HSE, Quality, Service Level, and Cost. Key Accountabilities

Manufacturing
Production Planning & timely execution to ensure supply continuity
Basic troubleshooting of operational breakdowns
Understanding of utilities
HSE
Ensure HSE legal compliance
Ensure safety of all employees in line with standard operating procedures
Drive behavior-based safety program
Effective control of contractors and visitors
Full safety induction for all newcomers
Ensure full investigation and follow-up of incidents and hazardous situations
Costs
Effective budget control of the department
Report results on a regular basis (Site-meeting, BU-meeting)
Constantly reduce inefficiencies
Quality
Implementation and maintenance of HACCP, Halal & quality certification standards and 5S
Cover food safety risks (fit for work, personal hygiene)
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce external customer complaints
Ensure suitable problem-solving tools are used to complete CAPA’s

Key Relationships

Internal: Engineering, QA, R&D, Procurement, Warehousing
External: Services contractors, OEMs

Profile

Food Technologist / Engineer preferred, bachelor’s degree in Science
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the food industry
Experience with KPIs and efficiency measurement
Knowledgeable about factory Safety & Quality Management
Managing Customer Needs, Managing the Business
Improving Continuously, Driving Performance
