- Streamline Procurement: Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Develop Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to secure high-quality materials.
- Negotiate and Optimize Costs: Lead negotiations to achieve the best pricing, lead times, and quality standards.
- Source Materials: Identify and procure critical materials such as aluminium, steel, gaskets, and fasteners.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize ERP systems for efficient procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong negotiation and cost-consciousness abilities.
- Expertise in stores, logistics, and inventory management.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- ✅ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with materials like aluminium, steel, gaskets, and fasteners.
- ✅ Certifications (Preferred): Procurement or supply chain management certifications.
