Role Overview We seek a versatile Jewelry Designer & Merchandiser with expertise in manual sketching and Procreate, who can craft original designs, manage merchandising, and elevate our brand presence. Key Responsibilities Design & Development • Sketch intricate jewelry pieces by hand and on Procreate. • Conceptualize engagement rings, gemstone jewelry, and statement pieces. • Work with production teams for design feasibility and quality control. • Stay ahead of trends in luxury jewelry and fashion. Merchandising & Client Engagement • Curate and manage product assortments to ensure exclusivity. • Optimize pricing, positioning, and promotions with sales & marketing. • Collaborate with clients for personalized, bespoke designs. Inventory & Supplier Management • Maintain stock levels and curate limited-edition collections. • Source and negotiate high-quality gemstones and materials. Visual Merchandising & Branding • Create compelling in-store and online displays. • Coordinate with photographers for high-impact marketing content. Who You Are • 3+ years in luxury jewelry design & merchandising. • Expertise in manual sketching & Procreate (CAD experience—Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD—is a plus). • Creative, detail-oriented, and market-savvy. • Strong knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and production. • A team player with a flair for innovation and client engagement.
