The Technical Sales Executive should be highly resilient, with a deep desire to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned and new channel partners based on geography, channel & market.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (traders) in the UAE to introduce and sell tile adhesive, grout, stone care products, and flooring products.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients, ensuring all queries are addressed.
- Provide training for various levels stakeholders.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company and its products.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Sales targets : Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Revenue growth : Contributing to the growth of the company's revenue by securing new business and maintaining existing clients.
- Client acquisition : Acquiring new clients and expanding the company's customer base.
- Customer satisfaction : Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products and services provided, and that they continue to do business with the company.
- Market share : Increasing the company's market share in the tile adhesive, grout, stone care, and flooring products market.
- Product knowledge : Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and being able to provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Collaboration : Working effectively with the marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure that the company's products are positioned and marketed effectively.
Desired Skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years similar channel sales experience in the construction industry, preferably working with tile & stone showrooms, hardware, paint, and cement.
- Valid driver’s license for UAE.
- The ability to effectively communicate with clients, including listening, explaining, and persuading.
- The ability to effectively negotiate and close deals, including understanding the client's needs, compromising, and handling objections.
- A deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to explain technical details to clients.
- A focus on meeting the needs of the customer and providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as the drive to exceed sales targets and goals.
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, and to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales or any related field.
