House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a one-stop solution for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. The Interior Designer is responsible for conducting detailed assessments and evaluations of interior spaces to ensure they align with design guidelines, client preferences, and industry standards. This role plays a vital part in preserving the aesthetic integrity and functionality of interior spaces during design, renovation, and maintenance activities, while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and design principles. Key Responsibilities

Review and understand interior design plans and elevations to ensure design integrity and accuracy.
Supervise and coordinate drafting tasks to ensure high-quality work and adherence to design standards.
Review and provide constructive feedback on shop drawings, offering necessary recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and supervise onsite activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
Assist in preparing 2D and 3D renderings, utilizing various drafting and design software.
Ensure interior design materials and finishes align with design specifications and project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and integration of design elements.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client preferences and functional needs are met in the design process.

Required Qualifications & Experiences

A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in interior design.
Expertise in drafting software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Home Styler).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
