Company Description Modern Construction and Trading W.L.L. is a 100% Qatari company focused on providing the highest quality of work in the fields of trading and construction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and achieving targets. The Retail Sales Manager will also be responsible for driving the customer experience, and will oversee the training of sales representatives. Qualifications

  • Retail Sales and Sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Supervisory experience in a retail setting
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
