Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize documents, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on scanning devices to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Carefully organize and prepare physical documents for scanning, including sorting, removing staples, and flattening pages to avoid jams.
- Monitor the scanning process in real-time, promptly identifying and resolving any issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures by reviewing scanned images for clarity and completeness, re-scanning as necessary.
- Assist in the digitization of sensitive materials while adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in document management or scanning technology are a plus.
- Proficiency in operating high-speed scanning equipment and familiarity with document imaging software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for scanning equipment and an eagerness to engage in technical training.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills can be beneficial for diverse work environments.
