Who We Are Looking For: We are searching for an ambitious, innovative, and strategic leader who is ready to take on the challenge of building an influencer marketing department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about the creator economy, driven by results, and eager to create an industry-leading platform. Key Responsibilities:

Build the Business from Scratch: Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish a world-class influencer marketing vertical that can eventually operate as an independent entity.
Set Global Benchmarks: Research, benchmark, and design a unique model that positions the agency as an industry leader, tailoring strategies to align with the agency's growth vision.
Master the Influencer Space: Leverage deep knowledge of the creator economy to develop impactful influencer-driven content strategies.
Data-Driven Leadership: Create compelling, data-backed presentations and proposals that win over clients and stakeholders.
Dream Big: Build a foundation for taking the vertical to a global level while aligning with the agency's broader ambitions.
Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with all types of influencers, from micro to mega, while fostering loyalty and exclusivity with the agency.
Mentor and Develop Talent: Identify, develop, and manage influencers from scratch, building a portfolio of exclusive talents under the agency's umbrella.
Build the Team: Recruit and lead a team of specialists who will be the backbone of this vertical, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Content Studio Development: Collaborate with technical teams to set up cutting-edge production studios for high-quality visual content creation.
Collaborate with Visionary Leadership: Work closely with driven and highly supportive senior management who are committed to delivering nothing but the best, providing you with the resources, guidance, and support needed to achieve success.
