Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sourcing

Location: Cairo & Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities And Duties

  1. Facilitates internal and external hiring promotions
  2. Adheres to hiring policies
  3. Closely communicates with management to determine criteria required
  4. Source and screen resumes

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in direct talent sourcing and recruitment agency
  2. Exceptional networking and communication skills
  3. Excellent organizational skills & time management
  4. Strong interpersonal skills
  5. Preferred with ATS usage experience
  6. Working knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
