The primary purpose of your job and the major (overall) responsibilities: Responsible for all activities related to ADG's facilities and properties which includes all property maintenance, security & safety and utility services outsourced to third party or executed with an in-house team. The key roles & responsibilities associated with the job Policies & Processes
- Implement the function's policies and follow the set processes in order to achieve the function's objectives.
- Prepare reports covering the main activities of the job role such as maintenance reports as requested by the Direct Manager.
- Monitor and evaluate all facilities management activities for all facilities outsourced to third parties or executed with an in-house team to ensure specifications stated in the contracts and the Service Level Agreement (if any) are met.
- Ensure resolving all tenant's queries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Supervise the daily activities of cleaning, security and hospitality services to ensure that the same meet the required service level agreements.
- Provide recommendations related to facility renovations and expansion to the Head Project Management.
- Carry out periodic field inspection to verify the efficiency and quality of response to communications related to the works of equipment and buildings (if needed), and then take the necessary measures.
- Ensure the availability of schedules and plans for corrective or preventive maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, electrical and sanitary installations across all properties and facilities.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved emergency plans for urgent maintenance.
- Participate in evaluating technical and financial offers in order to select the best suppliers in coordination with the relevant functions.
- Ensure that all maintenance teams and suppliers adhere to the health and professional safety requirements of ADG .
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Real Estate (Hotels, Malls etc)
- Familiarity with using Software (Preferred YARDI FM module)
- Immediately Available Candidate will more preferable.
