As experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-makingprocess throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35years of experience.Job DescriptionCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed architectural and civil drawings, plans, and designs.Prepare accurate and comprehensive drawings for various stages of projects, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards governing architectural and civil construction in the GCC region.Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software proficiently to create and modify drawings, incorporating changes as required throughout the design process.Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural and civil drawings with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather information and verify dimensions for drafting purposes.Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation to identify potential conflicts or discrepancies.Provide support during the construction phase by producing as-built drawings and responding to requests for information (RFIs) from contractors.Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation in accordance with company standards.Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architectural and civil drafting.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and civil drafting, with a focus on projects in the GCC region.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.Strong understanding of architectural and civil construction principles, techniques, and materials.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the GCC countries.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality drawings.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.Additional InformationApplicants who are already inside UAE are ideal.Can join immediately within 1-2 weeks once selected.
