Our client is a leading automotive ancillary brand; as they continue to expand their presence in the UAE, we are on the lookout for an industry veteran Head of Sales to drive their growth and strengthen their market leadership.The Role:As the Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our client's growth strategy, leading a passionate and driven sales team to achieve ambitious targets. This role is pivotal in shaping the sales framework, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the brand's continued success in the highly competitive automotive industry. The key responsibilities would revolve around:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Oversee the development of sales processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.The Ideal Candidate:Proven track record of at least 7+ years in the Middle East market within the automotive ancillary sector.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and leading successful sales teams.Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and sales performance.
