Founded more than two decades ago in UAE, the group has proven its capabilities in multiple fields including Automotive and Industrial petroleum products.Key Responsibility Areas:Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive strategies for risk mitigation.Protection of Intellectual Property: Guide business owners in protecting their IP, safeguarding assets like Trademarks and Branding.Dispute Resolution: Participate in mediation, arbitration, or litigation as necessary.Collaborate with external counsel as required.Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions and acquisitions.Provide guidance on legal policy and legislative issues.Identify, resolve, and consult on a wide range of legal or operational issues.Support with necessary documents and legal write-ups.Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.Design and oversee the company's policy on legal matters.Protect the company against legal risks and violations.Examine legal issues related to services.Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues.Conduct legal analysis and research.Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.Review legal materials.Formulate settlements of disputes.Monitor implementation of legal clauses.Maintain corporate records and adherence to statutory requirements.Maintain reports and updates on contracts and legal cases.Attend meetings, including expert meetings and arbitration.Job Role Requirements:Recent in-house legal experience across corporates.Bachelor's degree in law and prior work experience from a law firm.5 to 10 years of experience as a legal consultant or in-house counsel.Preferred Arabic knowledge, well-versed in English communication.In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate laws and regulations.Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Must hold a UAE driving license.Compensation and Employment Benefits:Salary package is competitive based on the candidate's profile and experience level.The company will sponsor the employment visa.Health Insurance provided.Best Regards,HR Executive
