Salary: AED 22,000A leading diverse fashion retailer, with operations in the GCC is currently looking for a Training Manager. Reporting directly to the country HR Director, the Training Manager will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and delivering training programs across the group's various brands.This is a very exciting opportunity to head up a new department and develop a successful team of trainers in your department.Minimum RequirementsMust have been in a similar training management role for 3 yearsMust come from a retail backgroundMust have managed a new Training DepartmentMust be fluent in ArabicMust be experienced in the entire process of Training, not just delivery. Proven results in analysis, evaluation, development, and delivery are required.Must be in the UAE or GCC.
