Security Supervisor ResponsibilitiesFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training.Conduct regular inspection tours of the entire facility for appearance, safety, staffing, security, and maintenance.Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certificate or equivalent certification in IT security is required.Ensure that the team meets and exceeds customer expectations for service delivery deadlines, quality, and adherence to financial margins.
