They are very established in the region and operate numerous chains.Swisslinx Executive Search is urgently looking for an experienced Head of Internal Audit, who must have experience in Retail Business!In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Board and will be responsible for setting up the department and recruiting a small team to report directly to you.Your role will include, but not be limited to:Setting up the department and hiring a teamPreparation of audit strategies and business plansSetting budgets and pricingScheduling audits and selecting staffFinancial reportingPlanning and managing engagements and people effectively and efficientlyManaging, developing, and motivating audit staff
