This part of the role is fundamentally about managing TR accounts in Dubai and as such requires the full set of modern key account management skills and competencies, together with first hand recent and relevant experience:Develop account specific stock and sales plans to align with financial targets and corporate goals.Regularly meet with retailers to develop and implement precise sales and marketing plans and to foster good relations with accounts understanding their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitive activities and possible unique opportunities.Regularly meet with Headquarter and buying office locations to present and gain acceptance of sales and marketing plans and to develop good relations with accounts by understanding their goals, challenges and any possible unique opportunity.Develop and maintain quarterly account P&L's to ensure financial goals are being met.Monitor retailers wholesale sales, inventory levels and retailer activity to maximize sales opportunities and brand image.Develop forecasts and budgets in accordance with corporate direction.Review and negotiate retail price positioning, price structures and distributor terms.Review terms, space, location and special offers with retailers to satisfy corporate goals.Successfully introduce and secure new launch plans, orders and procedures.Follow-up on all meetings with distributors through actionable measures moving the business forward.Liaise and communicate with others internally to assure maximization of all corporate and account goals including order processing and fulfillment, payment collection, logistics, marketing and finance.Ensure brand presentation standards for all visual elements including presentations to merchandising follow the corporate direction.Train.Job RequirementsExperience: Min: 4 YearsCareer Level: Supervisor/ ManagerJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 2 Open PositionsSalary: NegotiableGender: AnyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeFaculty / Institute: AnyMajor: Business AdministrationAge: AnyNationality: AnyResidence Location: AnyLanguages: English - Fluent / Excellent, Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentOwn a Car: AnyHave Driving License: AnyJob SkillsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Fluent English (both written and spoken), French or Arabic an asset not mandatory.Excellent PC skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.Proactive nature, self-starter with pride in personal performance.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.Must thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment and make things happen.Proven account management and negotiating skills in Travel Retail.Solid analytical and financial skills solid problem solving skills.QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of 4 years Sales Management experience working in Travel Retail.Experience working on the Middle East Market.University graduate, preferably with sales and marketing degree.Experience in the cosmetic industry or related.About The Company:The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR solutions.
