A rapidly growing multinational business in the UAE is currently looking to hire a Head of Supply Chain to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The Head of Supply Chain will take part in the management of the company's new venture within organic foods.This role will also involve the following responsibilities:Oversee the end to end supply chain operation within the businessWork with the key departments in driving the market potential of the business through execution of a world class customer order managementEnsure the accuracy of the supply forecast and the efficiency of the customer service and logisticsEnsure product quality and the supply chain team's compliance to all sustainability criteria and company standardsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Degree level educationProven experience in end to end supply chain managementExperience with organic/fresh produce foodsProven track record of setting up a new supply chain infrastructurePeople management and leadership skillsStrong communication and relationship building skillsYou will not only be rewarded with a competitive and tax-free earning potential but also with excellent career opportunities.
