JOB PURPOSE: Senior Security Consultant/LeadEXPERIENCE: 10 - 13 YearsRESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):Review and approve HLDs and LLDs, Migration Plans.Steer Co's, lead quarterly SBRs and QBRs.Identify areas of automation.Empower engineers - drive growth development plans.Track, report and govern KPIs of all service delivery.Act as technical SME leading the technical team for the technologies listed in the competency table.Address critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshoot with the team and ensure closure within the agreed service levels.Assist in and plan execution of health check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.Ensure adherence to process, policies & procedures for self and team.Maintain and acquire certifications as per business requirements for self and team.Escalate and coordinate with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation-related issues.Be willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking projects & support functions based on the requirement.Provide a consultative approach in delivering projects & support functions that can lead to additional opportunities.Ability to create & review manuals, project & support documents for self and team.Lead by example and quickly establish respect from both team members and external vendors from a technical and management perspective. Inspire confidence in users.Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives, and requests.Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent cross-department communication skills and adept at building relationships with stakeholders.MANDATORY:More than 10 years' experience in SOC operations asSOC Analyst L3SOC Technical LeadActing as SOC Manager / Security Technical LeadHandling core technical role within the SOC team.Other Security, Risk, and Compliance:ISO 27001 - Related operational and compliance tasks as per SOA and ISMS scope.Perform risk assessment and follow-up on treatment for all verticals/domains.Cloud risk assessment and follow-ups.ISO 27001 metrics data collection and follow-up.Vulnerability alert tracking and action to mitigate.Threat hunting and mitigation.PCI DSS assessment, operational tasks, and compliance activities.DevSecOps.API security controls and monitoring.Baseline compliance on various systems/applications.
