Minimum 3 years in freight forwarding salesJob Summary:As a Sales Executive in our Dubai office, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector. Leveraging your industry knowledge and proven sales skills, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their logistics needs, propose tailored solutions, and foster strong relationships that lead to successful partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry in Dubai and the surrounding regions.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking efforts.Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Collaborate with the operations team to design and present innovative and cost-effective logistics solutions to clients.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while adhering to company guidelines and profitability targets.Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards that affect international freight forwarding.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and maintain a high level of service quality.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry in Dubai.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Strong understanding of international freight forwarding processes, regulations, and supply chain management.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.Competitive base salary and performance-based commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and annual leave.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Exposure to diverse international clients and industries.If you are a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a passion for the freight forwarding industry, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
