Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Functional Consultants across Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Provide pre-sales support, customer service, troubleshooting, and new client implementations.
- Serve as the senior representative for Asia customers.
- Hire and train junior consultants, promoting team development.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure successful migrations and troubleshooting for client needs.
- Define, test, and deliver new software features and functions.
- Present complex concepts to senior executives, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Oversee technical aspects of customer sales presentations.
- Manage complex customer implementations and post-implementation support.
- Maintain thorough understanding of diverse financial instruments and investment domains.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in finance with a focus on Accounting.
- Minimum 10-15 years or above in fund administration / fintech companies would be ideal, with experience in software like Multifonds.
- Expertise in migrations, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Ability to analyze complex information and work collaboratively.
