Simpson Judge Ltd are partnered with a Global B2B Payments firm in the search for their first CFO. The business has established itself as a player in the market, post a successful Seed Round and are now gearing up for further investment this year. The successful candidate will help facilitate this, along with managing financial operations and navigating the regulatory landscape of the payments industry. Required experience includes knowledge of the Payments industry, including associated International regulations. Job Overview -
- Prepare for Series A Funding and associated due diligence
- Lead financial operations across the business
- Regulatory requirements relating to payments/International payments
- Financial Reporting across International jurisdictions
- Strategic input on commercial matters
- Facilitate wider business growth and team growth
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, with significant PQE
- Specific payments/fintech sector experience
- Experience in fast growing/scale up desired
- Experience as finance number 1 or demonstrable experience to step into 1st time CFO role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
