About the Role In this role, you’ll do more than manage operations—you’ll develop your leadership skills while working closely with your team to support the fast-paced exhibitions and events sector. Key responsibilities include: Developing and leading a motivated team to achieve operational goals. Managing inventory, stock control, and day-to-day operations. Coordinating logistics for exhibition and event setups and pack-downs. Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Continuously learning and improving processes to drive efficiency. About You We’re looking for someone who’s excited about learning, growing, and stepping into leadership. While prior management experience is not essential, the following qualifications and skills will help you succeed: Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred but not required).
