Chief Officer - Shipyard Operations

We are hiring for a major Engineering , Procurement and Construction Contracting company based in Kuwait with a diversified range of buisnesses in Oil and Gas , Shipbuilding and Repair etc. Chief Officer Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day shipyard operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Lead the crew and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Supervise cargo handling, maintenance, and repair work on vessels.
• Manage the safe operation of equipment and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
• Provide leadership and ensure proper training of junior officers and crew members.

• Advanced Fire Fighting
• Survival Craft
• Medical Care
• S- TCW II/1

• Certificate of Competency (Unlimited - Management, GT 300 or more)
• Capacity Master: II/2

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in shipyard or maritime operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in different international locations.
