Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team at Aveo Lindfield Gardens Retirement Living. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing daily personal care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity. Deliver high-quality daily personal care services, tailored to individual resident needs and preferences Support residents with recreational and social activities, fostering a sense of community and connection Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services To be successful in this role, you will require: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance Current First Aid & CPR certificate Current Police Check clearance Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date
