Dining Experience Coordinator Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Newstead Residences, a luxury retirement living community in Brisbane. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents, working collaboratively with our Food & Beverage team to create memorable moments. About the Role As a Dining Experience Coordinator, you will: Develop and implement creative menu plans, incorporating seasonal ingredients and resident preferences. Work closely with our Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of special events and functions. Engage with residents, understanding their dietary needs and preferences, and tailoring meal options accordingly. Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, adhering to food safety protocols. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will require: Experience in catering or kitchen settings, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food preparation and presentation, with attention to detail and creativity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents. A current Police check (we can assist with this) and minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations (required).
