Associate Product Designer (2+ years and B2C)

• 2+ years of experience in Consumer/ B2C product-based companies. (Mandatory)
• Experience in products/experiential apps/mobile Apps
• 2+ case study in the portfolio is mandatory
• Strong Visual Design and problem solving skills.

Role Overview We are seeking a Product Designer to drive innovation and excellence in an established product. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product peers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions, ensuring high-quality features and seamless execution. Key Responsibilities

• Design and ship approximately three projects per quarter, aligned with timelines and product goals.
• Address complex problem-solving challenges within the supply ecosystem.
• Collaborate with development teams, managers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively.
• Conduct user immersions and research to drive user-centered designs.
• Leverage Design System Library (DLS) components for efficient and reusable designs.
• Maintain high design standards by incorporating stakeholder feedback and conducting regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience: ~2 years of product design experience in a B2C technology ecosystem.
• Skills: Strong design thinking, user research, prototyping, and visual design finesse.
• Work Environment: Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous work setups.

• Portfolio showcasing ownership and articulation of design case studies.
• Experience with B2C product design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
