Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate JEE/NEET Physics Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching JEE/NEET Physics to students in classes 11th & 12th., Provide comprehensive competitive examination preparatory services for medical, engineering, school/board exams, and competitive scholarship exams across Maharashtra. This full-time position requires a commitment to day shifts and a passion for inspiring students to achieve academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: · The role involves conducting day-to-day tasks such as teaching Physics courses, developing curriculum, and engaging in research activities to enhance the learning experience of students. · Plan and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons for classes 11th & 12th. · To provide comprehensive competitive examination preparatory services for medical, engineering, school/board exams, and competitive scholarship exams across Maharashtra. · Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and examinations. · Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. · Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. · Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. · Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress. · Stay updated with the latest educational trends, technologies, and methodologies in JEE /NEET education. · Must be able to take Foundation for 8th, 9th &10th Std. Qualifications: · M.Sc in Physics/ Ph.D in Physics/B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech / NIT’ians /IIT’ians or a related field or equivalent. · B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. · Physical and Physical Chemistry expertise · Experience in developing curriculum · Ability to conduct research in the field of Physics. · Strong knowledge of Physics to complement Chemistry teachings · Proven teaching experience at the middle or high school level, preferably with CBSE and Maharashtra State Board curriculums. · Strong understanding of the subject matter and ability to convey complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to inspire and motivate students. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools
