What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
Every day brings something new, but your responsibilities will include:- Designing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace for all employees.
- Supporting the execution of our annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey and acting on valuable feedback.
- Welcoming and orienting new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Creating innovative ways to inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:- A high school diploma , secondary education, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Additional coursework in HR, Employment Law, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills will be a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections across diverse teams.
