Multi-Technician - FB Kitchen

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance tasks on kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
2. Prepare SOP, conduct regular PPM, and ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and specifications.
3. Provide in-depth repair knowledge, install/setup kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and food processors, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts for regular operation and events.
4. Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, including troubleshooting electrical issues, mechanical failures, or plumbing problems.
5. Coordinate with external service providers if specialized repairs are needed to ensure the chef and kitchen team can operate equipment safely and efficiently.
6. Service and attend to repairs on various MEP types of equipment such as heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plant rooms, and electric rooms equipment.
7. Assist and perform civil works and other tasks as required and instructed by management.
