Assistant HR Manager

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like Every day brings something new, but your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace for all employees.
• Supporting the execution of our annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey and acting on valuable feedback.
• Welcoming and orienting new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Creating innovative ways to inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.

What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A high school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Additional coursework in HR, Employment Law, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills will be a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections across diverse teams.
