JOB INFORMATION Job Title: Dermatology Consultant SHORT DESCRIPTION An excellent opportunity to join as a Dermatology Consultant for one of the most prestigious and top-tier leading hospitals in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. JOB SUMMARY Step into the role of consultant in dermatology at our prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia. Lead the dermatology team to provide expert care for a wide range of skin conditions. Contribute to the advancement of dermatological services, collaborate with other medical professionals, and drive research to ensure exceptional patient care. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides high-quality dermatology care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
- Actively participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participate in research activities.
- Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Perform special procedures as privileged.
- Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of the required period of training in dermatology.
- Saudi Arabian or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
- Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Minimum 3-4 years post Board/Fellowship in dermatology.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
- Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
