Roles and Responsibilities  1. Business Development   Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and other channels to target potential clients in industries requiring PEB solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing customized solutions. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage partnerships with contractors, architects, and consultants to enhance the company’s reach.  2. Sales   Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present technical and financial proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiations & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively and achieve win-win outcomes. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
